RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (14 DAYS)
Start your request in just a few steps. To initiate the return procedure, it is advisable to send a written communication via email or through any other explicit declaration to our customer service. Please have your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase ready.
How it works: Send your request specifying your order number and the email address used for the purchase. You will receive our official authorization along with the return address. Ship the return within 14 days from your withdrawal notification using a trackable shipping method. Upon receipt, our team will perform a quality check and proceed with the refund or the agreed exchange.
MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Returns will be accepted exclusively if the products meet the following integrity requirements:
- Product integrity: Jewelry must be returned in mint condition, never used, never worn, undamaged, and free of any signs of wear, scratches, or tampering. They must be returned inside their intact original packaging, including the original box, case, certificates of authenticity and warranty, as well as any additional items present at the time of delivery.
- Personalized items: Pursuant to current regulations (Art. 59, lett. c of the Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made items or items clearly personalized at the specific request of the customer.
- Return shipping costs: Shipping costs for the return of the goods are borne by the customer, as provided by law, unless the seller decides to offer them free of charge. The use of a trackable shipping service (with tracking) is strictly recommended. The costs of the original standard delivery shipping are refundable, whereas supplementary costs resulting from a more expensive type of delivery chosen by the customer over the standard rate are excluded.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS, REFUSAL OF DELIVERY AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES
In accordance with international DAP delivery terms (Delivered At Place - Incoterms 2020), in the event of refusal of the shipment by the recipient (including non-payment of customs duties and local import taxes at the destination border) or failure to collect the package within the storage terms established by the logistics carrier:
- Return and Customs Clearance Costs: Documented expenses incurred by the company for storage, customs export/import procedures, and the return trip of the goods to our warehouses will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
- Deduction from Refund: These actual logistics costs will be automatically deducted from the final refund of the order.
- Forfeiture of Refund: If the total documented costs of handling, storage, and returning the goods exceed the value of the purchased products, no refund will be issued.
This clause is applied to offset the actual logistics costs resulting from the recipient's customs or contractual non-compliance on international markets.
