How it works.

Send your return request via e-mail indicating order number and e-mail. Receive authorization and return address. Ship the return within 14 days with tracking. Upon receipt we perform quality check and proceed with refund or possible agreed exchange.

Conditions

Return within 14 days of delivery. Jewelry undamaged, undamaged, complete with original packaging and tags. Returns of customized items are not accepted upon request. Return shipping cost to be paid by customer (tracking recommended).

Refunds & exchanges

Refund on original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of return (banking times may vary). Shipping costs are not refunded. Product exchange possible only for in-stock items and with prior authorization.
