1. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING METHODS
Shipments are entrusted to international express carriers with end-to-end tracking services. Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 24 working hours from payment confirmation. Delivery times indicated are estimates provided by logistics carriers; in case of exceptional delays or non-delivery, the protections provided by current consumer protection regulations will apply.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLDS

- EUROPEAN UNION (EU): € 14.90 — Free for orders over € 400.00 (Delivery: 3-5 working days)

Note: Free shipping thresholds apply to the net total of the shopping cart, calculated net of taxes and after the application of any promotional codes or discounts.
3. INTERNATIONAL TAX REGIME AND CUSTOMS DUTIES (DAP TERMS)
For all sales with delivery outside the territory of the Italian Republic, the national VAT rate of 22% does not apply, according to the following system procedures:
- European Union Destinations (OSS Regime): Italian VAT is unbundled and replaced in real time at checkout by the local VAT rate of the destination country. The transaction includes local taxes; no customs duties are due upon delivery.
- Non-EU and Rest of the World Destinations (Incoterms DAP 2020): Sales are executed under a tax-exempt regime (0% taxes). Displayed prices do not include local import VAT, customs duties, excise duties, or fixed customs clearance fees applied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the logistics carrier prior to or upon delivery of the goods.
4. SPECIFIC CLAUSE AND DUTY REGULATION FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE UNITED STATES (USA)
Exemption and duty charges: In compliance with US customs regulations, the e-commerce platform does not collect any tax or duty at checkout. Imports are exempt from duties exclusively below the "De Minimis" threshold of 800.00 USD. For orders valued above 800.00 USD, United States customs authorities will apply mandatory local duties and taxes, which will be calculated at the border and requested directly from the recipient prior to delivery.
Customs identification requirement: For the allocation and customs clearance of jewelry and high-value shipments, US customs authorities (CBP) or the appointed courier strictly require the recipient to provide their American tax identification code (Social Security Number - SSN, or Employer Identification Number - EIN) or to complete the official CBP Form 5106.
Non-compliance and refusal: The provision of such data and the settlement of the required charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Should the customer refuse to provide the required codes or to settle the duties, causing the goods to be blocked or abandoned at customs, this non-compliance will constitute a breach of contract. In such a scenario, the company will deduct an amount from the refund exclusively to cover documented out-of-pocket expenses (actual logistics costs, customs return penalties, and failed customs clearance fees). If these out-of-pocket expenses exceed the total value of the order, no refund will be due to the customer.
Exemption from liability for external causes: The seller is not responsible for anomalies in delivery times, extraordinary inspections, administrative holds, or seizures of goods resulting from the customer's refusal or delay in providing the documentation or mandatory codes required by United States customs authorities.
